Steps:
- Steam sweet rice in rice cooker with just over a half cup of water
for every cup of rice
- Cut desired number of Chinese sausages into thin slices
- Chop green onions into small cubes
- Crush roasted peanuts (if not hazardous)
- Wait until the rice is almost cooked; then,
- Fry sausage slices, dried shrimps, chopped green onions and oyster
sauce in oil
- Add soya sauce to sticky rice and mix (with a large spoon)
- Add fried contents to sticky rice and mix
- Springle crushed roasted peanuts on sticky rice and serve
